What are the shipping fees?

Shipping costs vary with each order. Carriage paid for orders of $300+. Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for orders to be packed and shipped, unless specified otherwise. 

 *Free shipping for small businesses inside of Portland, OR city limits.*

Replacements and Refunds

Do you offer replacements or refunds?

Yes. Replacements and friends are available for defective items or items found damaged during shipping. Items MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving shipment. Notification must include photographs of inner and outer packaging as well as damaged items for insurance claim purposes. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and automatically reshipped to sender.
